I honestly had to look up "Notion" on iTunes because I couldn't remember if the song was on Kings of Leon's latest (and worst) album Only By the Night. It is, along with too many slow, sappy songs that are trying so hard to be U2 just like it. The video cribs heavily from the Verve's "Bittersweet Symphony" (with the trying to fight your way off a crowded street portion), but also looks like significant portions were taken from an episode of Rescue Me, Denis Leary's show about firefighters. Which I suppose will be amazing to the people who really like "Notion."
