It's been five months since Kilo Kish hypnotized listeners with her first body of work, Homeschool EP, but what's the rush for promotion when the music speaks for itself? In the self-directed music video to The Internet-produced "Navy," Kish swans around the streets of New York City and dances in phone booths as the jazzy sounds play out. I'm pretty sure that's a Jesse Boykins III cameo at the 0:45 mark, too.
This visual piece coincides with the announcement of the release of "Navy" as a 12" single on Oct. 8 through The Blue Rider. The package will contain a MeLo-X remix, and is available to pre-order on iTunes now. [The FADER]
