Kid Sister's debut album, Ultraviolet, was more of an electro-pop record than the throwback session of hip-hop classicism that was expected from the Chicago M.C. Case in point: Here's a video for her synthy "Daydreaming," a song that wouldn't sound out of place on an late '80s teen-movie soundtrack comp, if it weren't for the rapped second verse. Cee-Lo guests on wax, but doesn't pop in the video, which features people daydreaming inside of giant balloons. The best is the dude thinking about taking a dump. Dude's daydreaming is sort of sad.
why does this video feel like a cell phone commercial? kid sister is pretty adorbs though.
