The original version of Kid Cudi's "Pursuit of Happiness" video was all about popping bottles and hanging with Drake, so it wouldn't take much to top it. But then this alternate video totally obliterates the original, finding Cudi trapped in some kind of MC Escher drawing, and Ratatat totally shredding in some fog. There's still no MGMT, but this is about as loopy as music videos come these days. Nice work by everyone involved here.

I liked the original, it was better than the usual hip hop party video even if it did feel like that weird kanye short film, but this kills it. Exactly what i picture when i hear the song
