Philadelphia-by-way-of-Chicago rapper-producer kechPhrase is sounding like a dude we're all going to have to keep on our radar moving forward. We had heard rumors about his ties to Das Racist's Greedhead Music label/crew, and today he's made it clear that they carry some weight. You see, he's collaborated with one of Greedhead's newest acts, Queens-based spitter Big Baby Gandhi, on "Illa Vernacular." The track, which is equal parts boom-bap and blunts, is set to appear on kechPhrase's upcoming EP that we hope is dropping soon. You can "Illa Vernacular" below.
