If there's one thing you have to admit about Katy Perry, it's that she knows what people want. All too often, what people want is a conversation about her chest. So deciding to perform at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show makes pretty good sense, when you think about it. Also, wearing a low-cut leotard for the performance of "Firework" was smart.
Since this fashion show is an event mainly watched by pubescent boys (according to a survey conducted by me), few people probably cared how she sounded, but this one of the better Perry performances I've seen (I have seen many of them). Her voice isn't totally off-key, which is a major plus, and all of the models in lingerie help her, uh, stage presence.
