Those of you unfamiliar with the earlier works of one Dr. Kanye West, M.B.A., might be scouring your copy of 808s and Heartbreak for “Spaceship,” a new video that hit the net today. You won’t find it; “Spaceship,” which features guest verses from GLC and Consequence, is on his 2004 debut, College Dropout, and is about how Kanye is sick of working at the Gap folding clothes, hoping for a spaceship to take him away. He apparently starred in the video and directed it five years ago, but decided he didn’t like it. Then, this week, he decided he loved it, and released to the netz. So here it is, a new old Kanye video.

You really took enough time to look on other websites to see that the video was released, and not once did you actually read the reasoning for the video being released now and not back in 2004? You guys really put out a pretty pathetic product here. |

if I had to pick an absolute favorite kanye song, this would probably be it. as boundary-pushing and creative as he is now, College Dropout is still his best album, and I don't think I speak alone when I say that I'm glad that his next record will (probably?) be a rap album |
