Kanye West: "Lost In The World" f. Bon Iver
That much-blogged collaboration between Bon Iver and Kanye West has hit the nets, and you have to imagine things are about to get serious for Justin Vernon. The track is called "Lost in the World," and it features a prominent sample of Bon Iver's Auto-Tuned "The Woods," and some straight fire Kanye West verse with his stream of pop culture references and self-referencing. Kanye West's fifth album is due out later this year.

Not surprisingly given the players involved, this song makes me sad. Kanye's current rut is producing a lot of amazing music, but I would nevertheless love to hear him try to pump himself (and us) up again.
If you ask me, the Volcano Choir version of "Woods" trumps all these. It's called "Still".
Decent as this track is, a Woods remix is way less than I anticipated after hearing these two were working together..
Contemplative Kanye is definitely growing on me.
