Kanye West

Coldest Winter (MP3 - Radio Rip)

Average Rating: 4.25
“Coldest Winter” is the closer on Kanye’s upcoming 808’s and Heartbreak, and it is supposedly the only track on the album about his mom’s death. That notion is hard to prove however, because he mostly just says, “Good bye my friend, I won’t ever love again,” over and over again on the track. His auto-tuner best pal is back on this one, but he’s joined by a liberal Tears for Fears sample. It’s no Can sample, but it’s still an example of Kanye going out on artistic limbs. [via Nahright]

i like kanye past albums/works...but after hearing a few tracks from this new album i'm beginning to scratch my head. I understand artistic expression and branching off/re-inventing yourself. but i think i'll pass on this album and kanye singing and auto-tuned voice...

Probably the best album i have heard in years.Every song means something and even though I'm a hip-hop head to the fullest this one album that I can album i can listen to that is outside the box.Great job kanye keep making music that forces people to listen and think.
