Justin Timberlake: Take You Down (Song)
Justin Timberlake capped off 2010 with two high-profile (and contrasting) acting roles: co-starring in The Social Network and voicing "Boo Boo" (SPOILER ALERT: i.e., the one that caps Yogi in that viral clip) in Yogi Bear. So music fans should be eager to hear his supposed return to music through the track "Take You Down."
MTV says the leaked track was produced by The Neptunes -- which equals "no surprises." The steady floor tom drumbeat and acrobatic singing makes the song sound like a poppier Kanye-gone-tribal. Hardly a departure from Timberlake's familiar R&B-pop arena. Or is this an older recording perhaps? It doesn't sound entirely current.
