Last week, Prefix’s Elisabeth Fertig reported on the alleged teaser video to Justice’s upcoming album Civilization. Speculation ran amok, French was spoken and the video was taken down.
It’s only Tuesday, but we already have updates: 1) the album’s Facebook page states the album will be released on April 4, 2011; and 2) there are a few new sound samples. Sort of.
Knowing that director Romain Gavras (who previously worked with the band on its “Stress” video) had worked on an Adidas campaign using the title track to the aforementioned, 107.7 The End man-tern Bryce hit up the YouTubes and dug up some fragments from those ads. The purported Justice bits are sandwiched in-between various, athletic grunts and smacks, the result of which is even more maddeningly short snippets to salivate over. The above Dwight Howard clip is one of the four clips Bryce pulled out; to hear/see the others, head over to the 107.7 The End site.
