Junior Boys: "Parallel Lines" (Stream)

"Parallel Lines" is the opening track on Junior Boys' forthcoming Begone Dull Care, the follow-up to 2006's So This Is Goodbye. The song's percussion-intensive electronics frame the vocal-centric track, whose saucy, removed falsetto provides the focal point of the song. Sheer, lightening synths provide some emotional urgency to the track as it progresses through its six and a half minute run time. Begone Dull Care will be out April 7 in the U.S. on Domino.
