John Legend performs a new song, "If You're Out There" featuring the Agape Choir at the Democratic National Convention (August 25, 2008).

"If You're Out There" was produced by Trevor Horn and Devo Springsteen. Legend's next album, Evolver, scheduled for an October 28 release, will also feature the song.
