When Joe Budden isn't revealing just about everything going on in his personal life, he's typically talking a whole lot of shit. At least that's exactly what he's doing on "Spring Training," one of several new cuts on Mood Muzik 4.5. The only thing is that these tracks tend to be his most inconsistent. And "Spring Training" is no different. The glam rock-driven production from J. Cardim tries to complement Joey's battle rhymes, but it falls flat. The keys and hi-hats are way too clean and take away from the otherwise aggressive track. Maybe next time, guys.
