jj: "Welcome Back" (Welcome Back, Kotter Theme Song Cover) (Video)

Mysterious Swedish pop-pastiche artists jj have released a video for their sparse and somber cover of "Welcome Back," the theme song for the John Travolta launching pad, Welcome Back, Kotter. Apparently jj's version is about Maria Sharapova, since the video is all slow-motion shots of the tennis star walking around a tennis court. Maybe this will be used as the theme for the Ice Cube remake. [Pitchfork]
