“Jeremy” (Magnetic Fields Cover)

It’s been a year and a half since they put out Belong, and now the Pains of Being Pure at Heart finally have some new material. This October the New York quartet will release a new 7” single of covers. On the front, the Pains cover “Jeremy,” from the Magnetic Fields’ 1992 classic, The Wayward Bus, and on the back they do East River Pipe’s “My Life is Wrong.”

Today the Pains released the A-side along with a whole bunch of new tour dates around the world. Check those out and listen to “Jeremy” below.
