Who would have thought, two years ago, that it would be Adele dominating the charts, taking old school soul and R&B to the top of the charts, dominating for months and basically taking over the music industry? Jeremih would have been a safer bet: He was after all, the dude behind "Birthday Sex" and for a stretch everything he touched turned gold. But here's Jeremih, promoting a new album on Billboard's Mashup Mondays by playing Adele's "Rumour Has It." I guess it's a credit to Jeremih that he knocks this out of the park, playing drums while nailing the runs of the verses, but still. At least dude shows he's more than "Birthday Sex" and "Down on Me." [Billboard]
