Every large urban area has local songs which attain considerable popularity, but never make it nationwide, dying a quiet death within the city limits. Jeremih's "Birthday Sex" seemed destined to be one of those tracks; it's popularity seems to rest entirely on the cool Autotuned trickery of the "Girl you know I-I-I" of the chorus, and the offer of sex on your birthday. In fact, the entire premise of the song is pretty similar to "Dick In A Box," minus the attention to presentation and hilarity.

 

However, that is not the case. Jeremih was recently signed to Def Jam, and is opening up for T.I and Ludacris at Northern Illinois University. Prepare yourself to hear this on blast at birthdays across America.
