Update:

The first single off Blueprint 3 is out: "Run This Town" pairs Jay-Z with Rihanna and Kanye West, and it's clear that none of the artists mailed this one in. Rihanna's chorus -- to the gist of, “Only thing that’s on my mind/ Is who’s goin’ run this town tonight?” -- is as catchy as anything she’s put on the radio, and her warm voice complements Jay-Z rhymes.

Kanye West reins in the spotlight, in much the same way he did on Young Jeezy’s “Put On.” West starts off rapping about money and troubles, but he inevitably becomes distracted by sex: specifically, “an ass that'll swallow up a g-string,” which he later rhymes with, “I’m just trying to change the color on your mood ring.”

Initially, it was rumored that the first single off Blueprint 3 would be a track teaming up Jay-Z with Drake, but that seems to be squashed. Instead, the buzz building is that "Run This Town" featuring Rihanna and Kanye West will be the first single,  and it will be officially released on July 24. If that's true, there's a good chance the track will leak right before then.
