"Off That" is the third single from Jay-Z's The Blueprint 3 to hit the net, and it's perhaps the most blog-relevant, since it features some hook work from Drake, who does his Auto-Tuned rap thing in between Jigga's verses urging Rush Limbaugh to get off his balls. The beat is produced by Timbaland, which is evident the minute those skittering synths kick in and Tim's baritone grunts are heard buried in the beat.
