Jay-Z has developed quite a liking for England—when he’s not performing at Glastonbury, he can often be found talking about possible collaborations with the Gallagher brothers. He was back in the U.K. again last night (Nov. 3), for a performance of “Empire State of Mind” on Jools Holland’s show.

The hip-hop superstar also debuted a Hype Williams-directed video for the song earlier this week, and while it’s far from his best work, he draws a great performance from Bridget Kelly, who fills in for Alicia Keys on this version. Meanwhile, sales of the Blueprint 3 are doing just fine, with the album becoming Jay-Z's 11th U.S. number one.
