Thanks to a Lil Wayne (and Cash Money) co-sign, Britain's Jay Sean is a rising star in the U.S., where his new single, "Down," is rising up the charts. Sean performed the track on Alexa Chung yesterday, and in a first, actually got the usually bored and stiff Alexa Chung crowd to dance and sing along.
