Jay Electronica apparently heard that Pusha T and 50 Cent track, "Raid," and, like us, loved the Neptunes beat so much he wants it for himself. But while Jay waits on receiving that instrumental -- and we all wait for him to drop Act II -- he's released "Prelude to a Freestyle" to hold us over. Don't take that sentiment, or the track's title, the wrong way, though. For something he's calling a "prelude," the song is pretty goddamn impressive. He goes in over Kanye West's "Devil in a New Dress" for nearly two minutes and spits the kind of bars that made us such fans of Jay in the first place. Not to repeat myself, but c'mon, man, drop Act II already.
