We heard these three Atlantic Records artists get together for the "Tightrope (Wondamix)" nearly a month ago. Along with some nice complementary verses from Lupe Fiasco and B.o.B, Janelle Monáe essentially proved she can flow nearly as well as she can sing. And now the trio gets to showcase their raps in the visual form. Like the remix itself, the video isn't over the top or especially flashy. In other words, it's much more to the point than the retro-oddball flair of original. If only they had kept Big Boi on this and had him spit a new verse... Ah well, perhaps this will lead to further collaborations between these three, such as on Fiasco's upcoming Lasers record.
