It only happened a few years ago, but I often forget that Jamie Foxx is the third African American to take home the Oscar for Best Actor. This is probably because he's spent a lot of the time since 2004 making debatably wack R&B, but this new track "Digital Girl" seems like it's a cut above a lot of his previous work. Sure, it seems like a considerable portion of it is Jamie Foxx repeating the title over and over again, but you have to give Foxx credit for not succumbing to the Autotune temptation, especially on a track with The Dream and Kanye. Also, Kanye puts up some pretty good product placement for Apple on his first of two verses for the track. Jamie Foxx's new album Intuition comes out Dec. 16 on J Records. [Nah Right]
