Those of you looking to kick off your Tuesday morning with some good ol' gritty boom-bap: I give you the latest single from J-Live. "No Time To Waste" features the triple-threat -- he produces, raps, and DJs -- spitting urgent, inspirational bars over a beat from Diamond D that sounds like it was lifted from the early '90s. Just listen to those damn strings, piano, and drums and try to think otherwise. If this track is any indication of what's to be expected on J-Live's forthcoming S.P.T.A. (Said Person of That Ability), he might just have a sleeper hit on his hands.
