J. Cole: "Villematic"

It's only been, what, three days since Kanye West dropped his latest Good Friday offering, right? Well, it didn't take long for MCs to jump on the previous week's track ("Monster") so I guess we shouldn't be surprised that their doing the same with "Devil In a New Dress." That surprise can only be lessened by the fact that this cut is one of the better ones we have heard from Yeezy as of late, thanks in part to the killer Bink! production. So you can't really blame J. Cole for wanting to do his thing over the beat, even if it's such a new track. And to be fair, you'll forget about the whole newness thing after hearing the Fayetteville, N.C. native absolutely tear it apart on "Villematic." Hell, he was so inspired by what he did on here that he's planning on releasing a new mixtape, which would be his first since 2009's break-out project The Warm Up.
