J. Cole: "True Love" (Unreleased)

Ten years ago, before touring with Drake, signing with Jay-Z, and making the 'net go crazy with a series of killer mixtapes, J. Cole was a 16-year-old kid rapping under the name TheRapist. And he recorded this track, "True Love," that probably would have blown the hell up if it fell into the right hands. But it didn't, causing the Fayetteville, N.C. native's rise took a bit longer than planned. You can certainly hear all of his influences on here, such as Jay-Z and 2Pac, along with the foundation of J. Cole's current style.

Stream "True Love" below and download it here.
