J. Cole: "Cole World" (Live In Studio) (Video)
J. Cole somehow found a moment during his huge tour, which is going on now, to stop by the DJ Envy's Hip Hop Nation radio show. And aside from promoting his chart-topping debut, the rapper-producer performed the title-track off Cole World: The Sideline Story. It's one of the record's more playful tracks both lyrically and sonically, particularly in the latter department thanks to Cole's use of layered synthesizers. He introduces the track by discussing how he is humbled by his success after watching dudes make Outkast-esque material without blowing up. Anyone know who he's talking about?
