Interpol: "Try It On" (Salem Remix)
As a part of Record Store Day, Interpol are putting out a remix EP, the most high profile of which being this truly awful remix of "Try It On" by Salem. This reeks of the worst kind of remix culture exchange: Interpol, buzz band of 2002, gets Salem, buzz band of that weird four weeks in 2010, to lazily remix one of its worst songs from its worst album. I guess this "worked" though, since I'm considering both Salem and Interpol for the first time in forever. So great success? Download it below, if you dare.
