Interpol: "Barricade"
A new Interpol single was released covertly to iTunes this morning, and you can purchase it right now. It might be high time Interpol fans reconsider exactly what they want out of the band at this point, because this kind of answers the question about what would happen if they went back to making Antics-like jams and while it's better than a lot of Our Love to Admire, there's still something missing, somehow. Though it is way more promising for the fourth album that all the songs aren't going to be like "Lights," and that vocal breakdown near the end is vintage Interpol.
Interpol is due out on Sept. 4.
