"Oh My God" (Live on Carson Daly) (Video)

Now that her debut album, Fortress Round My Heart, has finally hit U.S. shores following a long delay between U.S. and U.K. release dates, Ida Maria's invasion of late night television shows has been green-lit, starting with a performance a few weeks ago on Leno and continuing with a performance of the raucous "Oh My God" on Carson Daly last night. I was kind of surprised that there were as many people shouting along to Maria's vocals as there were, but then again, Fortress has technically been out for more than year.

Everyone knew all the lryics because Ida is amazing. I actually grew up near her home town so I am a little bias but none the less her voice is something else. Her unplugged sets like on http://vimeo.com/415662 that is surreal. really allow you to appreciate her uniqueness. Shes such a crazy girl ,
