Hot Chip are still out there promoting last year’s One Life Stand album, and they showed up on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic to perform a session as part of those duties. They’re a well-drilled live act at this point and it shows in this tight performance of “I Feel Better” from that record. This was the second single to be pulled from One Life Stand and it remains one of the standout tracks, especially when they hit on that solid groove and just let it build and build over the course of the song. Nice steel drums, too.
