Disco is typically best heard in packed clubs, but Hercules & Love Affair prove that the music is great on rooftops as the sun goes down in the latest episode of Pitchfork TV's Don't Look Down, which takes bands and puts them on rooftops to play sets of their songs. The band play a handful of tracks off their pretty great self-titled debut, including "You Belong" (above), "True False/Fake Real," and "Athene" (both below), and everyone in the band dance their asses off (especially the dude who mostly just vogues during the entire set).
Part two is tomorrow. Hopefully Antony will be around to do "Blind." [Pitchfork]

It's pretty cool that Hercules and Love Affair did this; I feel like normally pitchfork.tv only puts very "rockist" bands on "Dont Look Down."
