Unlike the dance-rock-esque "Die Slow," "We Are Water" is a tightly wound ball of aggression from L.A. noise-niks Health. "We Are Water," like the best Health songs, peaks multiple times as sheets of noise fall into place. It's got singing, unlike "Eat Flesh," a track from earlier this week that leaked, but it's not like you can hear any words; they're buried in haze. Stereogum has a stream of "We Are Water."
Health's sophomore album, Get Color, is due out on Sept. 8 via Lovepump United.
