Health: "Die Slow" (Stream)

Los Angeles new-no-wavers Health have a new single out soon via Lovepump, and you can hear the song, "Die Slow," at the band's website now. The song is way more accessible than just about anything on their great self-titled debut, and it seems like their time spent touring with Nine Inch Nails led the guys to make plutonium grade grooves. There's still a minor freakout in the choruses, but it's a lot more restrained than most of Health's work. It'll be interesting to see if this is the direction of the band's sophomore album, Get Color , which should be out sometime this summer.
