Austin's ramshackle rock outfit Harlem seemingly went quiet not too soon into 2009, after releasing a few cool singles and an awesome cover of "Goodbye Horses." Now they're releasing their Matador debut in spring of next year. Until then, album jam "Friendly Ghost" is here to distract you with its lively, mindlessly fun garage pop.
