Gucci Mane: "Haterade" f. Nicki Minaj & Pharrell
"Haterade" might be one of the most downright smooth tracks Gucci Mane has ever appeared on. The beat is a fluid, laid-back electronic affair, with little beeps and warm keyboard washes carrying it along. As for the performers on the track, Pharrell is on hook duty, Nicki Minaj brings a high energy verse (no, it's not better than her verse on "Monster"), and Gucci delivers two raspy verses, the second of which is about twice as complicated as the first. Basically, the track delivers a lot more than its cliche title might lead one to expect. Listen to it below.
