The awkward, obvious title "East Atlanta Memphis" basically sums this all-Southern posse cut, to be included on Gucci Mane's forthcoming mixtape The Burrprint 2. Fulton County Jail's most famous resident Gucci Mane hops on an ominous Drumma Boy production along with Memphians Yo Gotti, Project Pat, Kingpin Skinny Pimp, and Juicy J. Though these two hip-hop epicenters have come together before in more memorable fashion (Project Pat and OJ da Juiceman's"Keep It Hood," for one), "East Atlanta Memphis" is respectable if no other reason than its focus on hardcore trap-rapping and simple, scary synth lines. No gimmicks, punchlines, or catchphrases here, this is for grown-ups only.
