A suggestion for whatever blog savvy young art student is considering making a fan video for "Hormone" by Growing: how about you cut up some footage from "Fantastic Voyage," because if you close your eyes and listen to Growing's squelchy, fuzzed-out glitches, it definitely sounds like the metabolic machinery of your body, you know, making hair grow in funny places and stuff. Just no footage from the inside of the balls when they drop, because that's far too obscene. That's a scene in that movie, right?
Growing's new album, Pumps is due from Vice in 2010, and the group is expected tour sometime this year. Download "Hormone here.
