Unlike this awesome collaboration between David Byrne and Dirty Projectors, a new Grizzly Bear track, "Deep Blue Sea," from the latest installment of the Red Hot comp (Dark Was The Night, due out on February 17), is only available for one day (January 19), instead of as an MP3. So get over to the Dark Was The Night MySpace quick to hear it--it's a campfire rumination led by Daniel Rossen, that actually sounds more like Rossen's Department of Eagles project than Grizzly Bear. But that's mostly due to Rossen's smoky croon being the song's focus.
This weekend, a Bon Iver track, "Brackett WI," was streaming, and it was pretty great. But it isn't available for streaming anymore. You'll have to wait for the album to come out to hear that one. [Pitchfork]
