Grinderman: "Evil" f. Matt Berninger (Silver Alert Remix)
Here's another post about something you can cop on Record Store Day: Grinderman are putting out a 12-inch for their "Evil" single, the B-Side of which is a remix by Silver Alert--the duo of Grinderman drummer Jim Sclavunos and Peter Mavrogeorgis. But most importantly, the remix features the swooning baritone of the National's Matt Berninger augmenting the grinding remix below. There isn't really a duet between Berninger and Cave here, unfortunately, though Cave's cries of "oh my precious baby" are underneath Berninger a fair amount.
