Gomez: "Airstream Driver" (Live on Conan) (Video)

English rockers Gomez are on their way to Lollapalooza in Chicago, and stopped off at Conan O Brien’s show along the way to perform “Airstream Driver.” The track is taken from the album A New Tide, which has proved to be the band’s most successful record to date in the United States.

It’s been over 10 years since Gomez won the Mercury Music Prize for their debut album, Bring It On, and not much has changed since then. They’re still enamored with big clunky guitar riffs, tasteful passages of Moog synth and gruff sing-alongs that have slowly caused them to become more popular in the U.S. than in their native U.K.
