Girls: "My Whole Life Story" (Holy Shit Cover) (Live Video)
This video of Girls covering Holy Shit's "My Whole Life Story" isn't so much a cover as it is a tribute: After all, Christopher Owens played with Ariel Pink in the group before he started Girls, so there's even a chance he played on this for real. But since Owens isn't accompanied by a full band for this, he had to hum the other instruments' parts while playing this. It's a pretty video with a pretty cover. I actually sort of like this more than the most recent Girls album, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. [P4K]
