Ghostface has a rarities comp, Ghostdeini the Great, coming out next week, and in the last two days, two great tracks from the comp have surfaced: "Slept On Tony," a lost cut from Ironman, and a remix of Fishscale's "Kilo" featuring Raekwon and Malice from Clipse.
On the "Kilo" remix Malice and Raekwon lend the tale of drug dealing some added perspective (especially on the part of Malice, who is something of an expert of rapping on the subject), and except for the Carson Daly reference by Ghost in the opening bars, is a really great song. [Download]
"Slept On Tony" is pretty great too, and you can see why it was left off of Ironman: it's too peppy, and relies a bit too heavily on its Blaxplotation sample.
If these two tracks are any indication, Ghostdeini the Great, despite being a rarities comp, could be worthy of non-rarities status. [The Fader and NahRight]

On your comment of SLEPT ON TONY using a blaxploitation sample...ummm,...that was the legendary Herb Alpert, the man who started A&M records...and there's nothing "black" about Mr. Alpert - he's WHITE! And he played a lot of jazz back in the '60's and '70's, even in the '80's, which Diddy sampled his stuff, and Janet Jackson used him on her song DIAMONDS ARE A GIRL'S BEST FRIEND.
Gosh, where do you get your information from? And how old are you? DO you EVEN KNOW about Herb Alpert? Ever heard of him?
