Gentle Friendly: "Real Fighters" (Video)

A good deal of indie bands have been making videos very similar to the one for Gentle Friendly's "Real Fighters." Various random imagery, usually looking like cutouts from macabre magazines, are shown at a rapid clip, to create a slightly unsettling scene. The song, on the other hand, is a minute and a half burst of pure aural candy. Thundering, insistent drums join growing synth chords and a vaguely sentimental vocal melody for a track that wouldn't be unwelcome stretching to four or five minutes, making its brevity equally frustrating and addictive.
