“Two years ago we played to a room with no one in it apart from the supporting bands,” exclaims Fuck Button Andrew Hung in this interview from Pitchfork.tv’s Juan’s Basement series. Things have improved immeasurably for the band since the release of their vast noise epic Street Horrrsing earlier this year. A post on the band’s MySpace blog also indicates that an on-the-road tour film is in the works.

Here we find Fuck Buttons working their way through standout Street Horrrsing track “Ribs Out.” The song is sparser than most Fuck Buttons songs, and finds Hung and fellow Fuck Button Benjamin John Power giving an energetic performance that seems to fade out before the end of the track. It’s part one of a two-part Pitchfork presentation, so let’s hope the rest of it surfaces in the forthcoming weeks.
