Fruit Bats cover "The Other Woman" by Loretta Lynn
This season of the A.V. Club's random covers video series Undercover ends today, with the above video of Fruit Bats (along with a dude from Vetiver) covering Loretta Lynn's "The Other Woman," a tale of being the, uh, other woman. You have to hand it to Fruit Bats for having no problem covering a song about being a cheating woman without changing the lyrics, even if their version is a little bit heavy on the reedy voiced shouting.
