Frightened Rabbit: "Son C"
Frightened Rabbit have a special offer for people who sign up for their mailing list: They get an MP3 of "Son C" a brand new track about death (it's a chipper number, obviously) that didn't quite make the band's Winter of Mixed Drinks. The song is sort of indicative of the lukewarm response to Winter: It's heavy on plodding rhythms and doesn't have the same verve as the songs on Midnight Organ Fight.
