We recently saw Friendly Fires perform the Pala track “Hawaiian Air” on Jools Holland’s show in their native U.K., and now comes an impressive looking video for the song. Most of it takes place on a mock-up airplane cabin, with singer Ed Macfarlane undergoing the rigors of being squashed into some distinctly lower class seating. Couldn’t his label have paid out to upgrade the poor chap? Anyone afraid of flying will definitely want to look away when things get shaky at the midway point (but, SPOILER ALERT, it all works out okay in the end).
